2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Limit and Eligibility

To open an account and use services on 7tk10, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• Online gambling is not legally prohibited in the country from which you are using the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not managing an account for someone else.
• You have not previously been permanently or temporarily banned from 7tk10.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where use of our services is completely prohibited.

2.2 Account Registration Process

Each individual may open only one account. Managing multiple accounts from the same person, family, address, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

For verification purposes, 7tk10 may request a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents at any time. 7tk10 reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Never share your login details with anyone. Report any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account to us immediately.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw after receiving this bonus, you must wager a total of 10 times the bonus amount (10x wagering requirement).

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms — read them carefully.
• It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine play only — applying any guaranteed-win strategy (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.

4.3 VIP Program

7tk10 offers a four-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can advance to higher tiers by playing regularly and actively. Cashback is credited directly to your account and its own terms apply.

10.2 User Rights

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed, but active bonuses will be cancelled.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Language

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali and the Bengali version is authoritative. In the event of any conflict in a translation, the Bengali version will prevail.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy constitute the entire agreement between 7tk10 and the member.

12.3 Severability

If any part of these terms and conditions becomes legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

12.4 Assignment

You may not transfer any of your rights or obligations under this agreement to any other party without our prior written consent. 7tk10 may assign the rights under this agreement to a third party at any time.
